A Virginia-Based Institute with Global Reach Focused on the Future of AI.

WIPS was established to connect professional education, executive learning, and workforce development across the United States and international markets.

WIPS convenes practitioners, academics, industry leaders, and public-sector stakeholders to discuss emerging business and technology issues. Our forums and executive dialogues create space for professionals and institutions to exchange perspectives, share practical insights, and engage with the challenges shaping organizations worldwide. Bringing together participants across borders, WIPS explores topics such as artificial intelligence, digital governance, cybersecurity, and global business.

The Warsaw Forum program focused on one central question:

How can organizations capture the value of AI while maintaining governance, accountability, security, and trust?

International Participation

The forum brought together contributors representing academia, technology, professional education, data protection, cybersecurity, and business leadership.

Participants and speakers included representatives and experts connected with organizations such as:

  • IBM

  • Washington University of Science and Technology

  • Digital Poland Association

  • Polish data-protection and regulatory communities

  • International academic and business institutions

The program also included senior experts in responsible AI, AI governance, cybersecurity, leadership, and digital transformation.

Looking Ahead

WIPS is committed to expanding its forums, workshops, executive programs, and workforce-oriented certificates in response to the rapidly evolving needs of organizations in the age of AI.

The institute welcomes collaboration with universities, workforce systems, public agencies, employers, and professional organizations seeking to strengthen AI readiness and responsible technology adoption.

Global Expertise, Practical Focus

WIPS designed the forum not simply as a conference, but as an applied professional-learning environment.

The second day of the Warsaw program moved from strategic discussion to applied cybersecurity and governance.

WIPS convened a specialist workshop titled:

Securing the Agentic Enterprise

As organizations move from generative AI tools toward autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents, the risk environment changes significantly. AI systems are increasingly able to access data, connect to enterprise applications, trigger workflows, make recommendations, and in some cases take actions with limited human intervention.

The workshop focused on how organizations can secure this emerging operating environment.

Key topics included:

  • Identity and access management for AI agents

  • Agent permissions and tool access

  • Red teaming and adversarial testing

  • Governance and accountability

  • Incident response

  • Human oversight and escalation

  • Cyber resilience

  • Security controls for autonomous workflows

  • Risk management for agentic AI systems

The workshop emphasized a practical question:

How should organizations govern and secure AI systems that are no longer only generating content, but are beginning to act?

This second-day format reinforced the broader WIPS approach of combining executive-level dialogue with applied professional education.
